The Kern PCD is the ideal laboratory balance wherever toxic, volatile or contaminated substances are handled. The weighing platform can thus be placed in a fume cupboard or protective bag for safe handling of hazardous substances.
The PCD scale has a spirit level and adjustable feet for precise weight alignment. The scale is easy to use and has a large stainless steel weighing surface, the backlit LCD display shows 21mm high digits. The cable length to the display unit is approx. 1.2 m.
The scale is powered by an electric power supply. The scale is powered by mains, but also offers the possibility of battery operation (9V battery not included). It is possible to purchase a rechargeable battery. A protective cover for the scale is included.
RS 232 connector for connection to a PC.
