A drying balance (moisture analyser) is actually a precision laboratory balance with a weighing surface above which is placed a halogen or other emitter, thanks to which moisture is evaporated from the weighed sample. The effect of evaporation can then be used to determine the actual evaporated liquid content of the sample. Drying scales have several modes and functions that can be adjusted to suit your needs. We can also provide calibration of both the temperature and weighing parts of the analyzer according to an accredited procedure.
