For the production of food and dishes
Scales for gastronomy have one common denominator and that is resistance to moisture. These scales are often found in operations where there is increased humidity and therefore need increased water resistance. This is why some models have certified IP resistance. Such a scale is not a problem to clean or wash.
Food scales are easy to use and, when not required by customers, provide intuitive operation that is quick and efficient. They are reliable workers who will do the job they are designed to do.
