Calibration order

Order of a new calibrated device through our e-shop

If you are interested in a new device, you can choose it directly in our e-shop, where you can select one of the calibration options for a specific product.

Ordering the calibration of your gauge

If you would like to order the calibration of your gauge, please send it to us at our laboratory address together with a written order. Orders can also be sent by e-mail.

Please send the devices clean, carefully packed and, above all, complete (if you have, for example, a thermometer with an external probe, it is not sufficient to send only the probe, the calibration is performed with the complete device). Please specify in your order:

  • Name and address of the company (customer) to which the calibration certificate should be issued
  • Location of the gauge (if different from the customer's address - e.g. different branch)
  • What calibration you require (for devices with multiple sensors, specify which ones you want to calibrate)
  • Calibration points (e.g. the three temperatures you want to calibrate the thermometer at, or perhaps the purpose of the instrument - e.g. fridge thermometer, freezer thermometer, etc.

Calibration of piston pipettes

If you order a calibration of piston pipettes, please send with the pipette the tips you use (at least 10 per channel and volume to be measured) and the decontamination protocol, which can be downloaded below.

Calibration at the customer's site
