ConWin - a monitoring system customized to your needs

Our customers are more and more dealing with the need to continuously monitor different environmental conditions in several locations at the same time. A modern, reliable and elegant solution is the monitoring system ConWin that we offer. This system is based on the modular principle and thus allows the monitoring to be customized to the customer's requirements and needs. Whether it is storage rooms, archives, cooling and freezing boxes or laboratories, the modular concept allows for continuous monitoring of a wide range of environmental parameters.

Characteristics and advantages of the monitoring system: 

Modular concept

Possibility of gradual expansion of the monitoring system with additional probes or measured quantities according to the customer's needs. The system can thus be adapted to individual requirements. The customer chooses how many sensors he needs and which quantity he wants to measure with them.

Monitoring of different physical quantities

The most frequently monitored environmental conditions are temperature and relative humidity. However, it is also possible to connect sensors to the monitoring system to measure other physical quantities (gas concentration, frequency, etc.) or, for example, a sensor that monitors the opening and closing of a door.

Clear and immediate evaluation

All actual measured values are displayed in a clear table and immediately evaluated on the basis of preset parameters. If a parameter limit is exceeded, the user is alerted by highlighting the item, by an acoustic or visual alarm, or by sending an email or SMS message.

Options for setting and evaluation

Evaluation of the measured results is carried out according to templates set by the user. The system allows setting any number of these templates. It is therefore easy to set different monitoring and evaluation conditions and parameters for different groups of sensors or for individual objects. The display of the measured values can also be customized almost without limitation (display of only some values, colour resolution, etc.). Individual reports can also be created for printing.

Graphs

The monitoring system offers comfortable and clear work with graphs, allows display of any measurement section, synchronization of graphs, printing and saving to a file.

Wireless transmission

All communication and data transfer within the system can be done wirelessly. Therefore, there is no need for any construction modifications. If wireless transmission is not possible, cable transmission can be used, but connection to the customer's existing data network is also an option.

Remote access

The data in the system can be accessed from the local network or via the Internet with the appropriate authorisation.

Permission levels

The possibility to set several levels of permissions for system users with basic, advanced or administrative authority to access the system.

Security

The system allows automatic backup of all data. The central computer is usually equipped with a backup power source for possible power failure. A control mechanism then checks the functionality of all sensors. The individual collection modules have their own independent memory in case of a network failure.

Validation

The accuracy of the measured values is ensured by the continuity of the gauges used and regular validation.

Support

The installation of the monitoring system includes training and trial operation. Telephone or electronic support (e-mail, remote access) and possible service intervention within 24 hours is also available to the user.
