Comet T6640 PoE thermometer, hygrometer and CO2 detector with Ethernet output
The Comet T6640 sensor measures temperature, relative humidity and CO2 concentration in the air. It can also calculate dew point, absolute humidity, specific humidity, mixing ratio and specific enthalpy. This offers a really wide range of measurements and, thanks to the Ethernet output, also records in a database. The current values are shown on the display and the CO2 (carbon dioxide) concentration is also shown by a colour diode. The sensor can be powered via an Ethernet network or an external socket adapter (not included). The communication protocols offer the possibility of storing the data in a database. If you wish, we can calibrate the temperature and humidity according to an accredited procedure and issue you with a calibration sheet with the measured deviations. Functions and features of the Comet T6640
- Built-in temperature sensor with a range of -20 to +80 °C.
- Built-in relative humidity sensor in the range of 5 to 95% RH.
- Built-inCO2 sensor with a range of 0 to 2000 ppm with colour LED indication.
- Calculation function for the following quantities: dew point temperature, absolute humidity, specific humidity, mixing ratio, specific enthalpy.
- The Comet T6640sensor is powered by an external power adapter (available as an accessory) or via an Ethernet network (Power over Ethernet according to IEEE 802.3af).
- The measured data is shown directly on the display.
- Using Ethernet, the sensor can be connected to your Ethernet network and the measured data can be immediately monitored by entering the IP address in a web browser.
- The data can also be recorded in a database. The communication protocols WWW, ModbusTCP, SNMPv1, SOAP, XML are used for this purpose.
- The protocols for alarms are E-mail, SNMP Trap, Syslog.
- The device is made in the Czech Republic by Comet system and is covered by a 3-year extended warranty.
