The data is stored in non-volatile electronic memory and can be transferred to a personal computer at any time via the USB-C interface. The instrument can be used either fixed or portable. The instrument has adjustable alarms for minimum and maximum temperature. Alarms are indicated on the instrument by LED or acoustically and on the LCD display. More
