Needle thermometers measure temperature using a needle that is in direct contact with the material being measured. These thermometers are often used to measure the temperature of food, bulk materials or liquids. The design and size of the thermometer is adapted to its use. You can choose a simple analog thermometer with a scale that is independent of the electricity source, or a digital one with advanced functions and uses. Digital needle thermometers often have a needle located on the cable. The thermometer display can then be placed outside the area of measurement.
