Measurement and control using controllers with relay output and recording to Comet cloud.
For the Czech manufacturer TOPNATUR we installed temperature and relative humidity measurement in production and warehouses. The client also required not only to measure but also to switch external HVAC equipment at selected locations. Using binary inputs and magnetic sensors, the operator can also clearly see when the warehouse door is open and how this affects the change in temperature and relative humidity. Everything can be monitored clearly online in the Comet cloud storage.
The client requested:
Measure temperature and relative humidity.
Measure the open/closed status of the warehouse door.
Possible output to a relay that would trigger the HVAC.
Online overview of measured values.
Sending alarms when limit states are exceeded.

Solution:
We supplied Comet P8641 Ethernet sensors for measurement and recording.
The H3530 controller and H3531 controller with cable probe provided the measurement and possible output to the HVAC relay.
The controllers were supplemented with magnetic sensors that sensed the status of the garage door in the warehouse.
The recording from all devices is done to the Comet cloud which records and evaluates the measured data.
The equipment was installed and commissioned on site. We also performed an accredited calibration of the devices for possible inspection.
