BleBox tempSensor DIN – Professional Temperature Sensor for DIN Rail Installation
BleBox tempSensor DIN is a professional temperature sensor designed for DIN rail mounting inside electrical cabinets. Powered by 230 V AC and featuring a robust design, it is ideal for technical installations, industrial environments, and home automation. The device does not include temperature probes – up to four external probes (optional) can be connected via cable (up to 100 m in length).
Applications
- Home automation – monitor temperatures in rooms with different conditions, technical rooms, garages.
- Industry and technology – electrical cabinets, boiler rooms, cooling rooms, drying areas, production facilities.
- Agriculture / garden / greenhouses – temperature monitoring in seedbeds, greenhouses, soil, air, and water.
- Aquariums, terrariums, garden ponds – waterproof probes allow temperature monitoring in water, ambient air, and substrate.
Why choose this sensor?
- Allows measurement at multiple points (up to 4 probes), increasing flexibility and coverage.
- Long cable length (up to 100 m) enables installation even far from the control cabinet without signal loss.
- DIN rail mounting makes integration into electrical systems easy.
- Remote access and historical data are ideal for analysis, monitoring, and automation.
Up to Four Probes in One Device
You can connect up to four wired temperature probes (up to 100 meters). Probes connect in parallel via terminals or extensions for longer distances. Exact connection instructions can be found in the user manual available for download. The device is suitable for monitoring temperatures in multiple rooms, refrigerators, or freezers. Thanks to waterproof probes, it can also be used in aquariums and spas.
Remote Temperature Monitoring with Alarm
Using the mobile app, you can check the current temperature from anywhere. You can also set temperature limits; if they are exceeded, an alarm is triggered and sent as a notification to your phone.
Historical Data Logging
Measured values are stored in the cloud for up to 1 year, with hourly intervals. The device records values every 5 minutes for 7 days, then compresses them to hourly intervals. This means any temperature limit breach can be accurately tracked within a one-week window using 5-minute resolution. Data can be downloaded in CSV or XLS format for Excel.
Cloud Storage Pricing
Currently, cloud storage is provided free of charge for one year – there are no additional operational costs.
Data Display and Management
Real-time data can be viewed via the wBox mobile app on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). In addition, measured data can be accessed and downloaded via wBox for Windows (Microsoft Store). All applications are available for free.
Device Power Supply
The device is powered directly via 230 V terminals, making it ideal for installation into DIN rail-mounted distribution or control cabinets.
