• Cuff tightening check (Icon on display ) warns of errors caused by inappropriate (e.g. insufficient) cuff tightening. If the appropriate symbol appears with the message OK, the results are reliable.
• Evaluation of inappropriate movement during measurement -movement during measurement may affect the accuracy of the measurement. If this symbol is displayed, repeat the measurement.
• Evaluation of an arrhythmia (irregular pulse-heart action) -If this icon appears frequently, notify your physician.

The tonometer can be used as a specified measuring instrument in the healthcare sector. The verification is valid for two years. For its further use for medical purposes, a new verification is mandatory, which we will be happy to perform at our authorised metrology centre for the verification of blood pressure measuring instruments.
