The Senseca ECO 121-H-K is a professional HACCP thermometer with alarm, designed for fast and accurate temperature measurement of food, soft plastic media, bulk materials, liquids, and gases. The robust Pt1000 insertion sensor and waterproof design ensure reliable operation even in hygienically demanding environments such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and laboratories.

The thermal sensor allows temperature measurements in the range from -70 °C to +250 °C.  This device is equipped with a permanently attached robust insertion sensor with a Ø 3 mm x 100 mm V4A stainless steel well, a large Teflon handle, a 1 m Teflon cable, and is completely temperature resistant up to 250 °C.

If required, we offer accredited calibration of the thermometer in our own accredited calibration laboratory, including the issuance of a calibration certificate.

Power supply

Two high-performance AA batteries, an energy-efficient design, and a configurable automatic shut-off function ensure long operating time. The configurable LCD backlight provides additional energy-saving potential.

Display

The backlit 3-line LCD display offers ergonomic wide-angle readability – day and night. The HOLD function allows the measured value to be frozen on the display at the press of a button. Auto-Hold automatically evaluates and freezes a stable measured value. The timer function allows automatic value capture after a defined time for high measurement reproducibility.
