The Senseca ECO 121-H-I1.5 is a professional HACCP thermometer with alarm, designed for fast and accurate temperature measurement of food products, soft plastic media, bulk materials, liquids, and gases. The extra-thin and fast Pt1000 penetration probe, combined with a waterproof housing, ensures reliable operation even in hygienically demanding environments such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory applications.

The temperature sensor covers a measuring range from −70 °C to +250 °C. The instrument is equipped with a permanently connected penetration probe featuring a Ø 1.5 mm stainless steel (V4A) shaft, 100 mm in length, a heat-resistant silicone handle (continuous resistance up to 230 °C / short-term up to 250 °C), and a 1 m silicone cable.

Upon request, we offer accredited calibration of the thermometer in our own accredited calibration laboratory, including the issuance of a calibration certificate.

Power supply

Two high-performance AA batteries, an energy-efficient design, and a configurable automatic power-off function ensure long operating life. The adjustable LCD backlight provides additional energy savings.

Display

The backlit 3-line LCD display offers excellent readability both day and night. The HOLD function allows manual freezing of the measured value. Auto-Hold automatically detects a stable value and freezes it on the display. The timer function automatically freezes the value after a defined time, ensuring high measurement repeatability.
