Senseca ECO 121-H-D – professional food thermometer with alarm

The Senseca ECO 121-H-D is a professional food thermometer with alarm, designed for fast and accurate temperature measurement in hygienically demanding environments. Thanks to its waterproof design, robust construction and Pt1000 sensor, it meets HACCP requirements in food processing, pharmaceutical and laboratory applications.

The temperature sensor allows measurements in a range from −70 °C to +250 °C. The instrument is equipped with a permanently connected Pt1000 immersion probe with a diameter of 3 mm, a length of 150 mm and a silicone handle resistant to high temperatures up to 250 °C.

Option of accredited calibration

If required, we offer the option of accredited calibration of the thermometer in our own accredited calibration laboratory, including the issuance of a calibration certificate.

The thermometer is the successor to the popular G 2710-T model and is an ideal choice for users looking for a combination of accuracy, speed, reliability and ease of operation.

Power supply

Two high-performance AA batteries, an energy-efficient design and a configurable automatic power-off function ensure long operating time. The configurable LCD backlight provides an additional option for energy saving.

Display

Thanks to the backlight, the 3-line LCD display offers ergonomic wide-angle visibility – day and night. The HOLD function allows the measured value to be frozen on the display at the push of a button. The Auto Hold function automatically detects and freezes a stable measured value. The timer function automatically freezes the measured value after a defined time to ensure high measurement repeatability.
